2. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.
• To cancel an order, customers must contact us with their order number.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are applicable only for cancelled orders, damaged products, defective items, or incorrect shipments.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
• Due to the nature of food products, opened or consumed items are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

• Once the return or cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Returns & Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to a wrong or defective product.
• Returned products must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
• Crispo Makhana is not responsible for products damaged or lost during return shipment.

6. Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Requests for exchange must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
